Designed to perform, Gill's sailing Cap is constructed from a lightweight, breathable fabric with a water-repellent finish. Benefitting from 50+ UV protection, a moisture-wicking inner headband, and a dark underbrim to absorb reflected UV rays, you can be sure to stay comfortable and protected all day.

The sailing cap is Suitable for all-year-round wear, on and around the water.

Remember, that a cap does not provide broad-spectrum protection from the sun. Only an all-round brim of more than 8cm will give you base protection. If you choose to wear a cap for greater peripheral vision, remember to wear high-neck clothing and plenty of sunblock on your neck, ears, and face.

Retainer clip -clip to the collar of inner or outerwear to prevent loss during sailing.

Regularly in cold water to protect fabric and trims from salt water and oils. Using a regular detergent will remove the effectiveness of water repellency. If washing use a nonchemical detergent or one designed for laundering water-repellant fabrics.
