A 125 sailing dinghy is a type of small sailboat designed for racing and recreational sailing. It is typically 12.5 feet (3.81 meters) in length, which is where its name comes from. The 125 is a two-person boat, with a crew consisting of a helm (the person who steers the boat) and a crew member (the person responsible for managing the sails and weight distribution).

The 125 dinghies began in Melbourne, Victoria around 1970.
